I'm going to have to disagree with this -- think about it, #2 and #3 are private to begin with ("Private Messages"). #1 is also kinda private too, immagine, lets say, we give an admin bonus to some user. Then others might look and feel envious/left out for not getting their own admin bonus. Ditto for peanalty. yo uprobably wouldn't want to share your penatly.
