Teams and Clans.

Wouldn't it be cool to have teams and clans, now before you dismiss it, consider the options.  Any member could start a team or Clan.  AKA: a Club.  Members of the same tastes could join and Moderators could delete inactive clubs.  For instance:

Solostrike, me, and Nate could join a Hockey club which would discuss all things Hockey, Alexp and Havacoman could join a programming clan, etc...

PS: This is a suggestion that I REALLY hope makes it in, NOT just for the points, although that is a factor but because I like being in a team and I love having Clans.

first off, i love computers more than hockey! second, these are user groups not clans, clans are something that try to become the best and win etc. i was thinking of this while playing those rpg games but decided to say anything because the idea seems kind of 'weird' (not stupid, cause its used a lot) and this is a CYOA gaming site. We already have the forums, thats enough. A clan or user group would be useless because i do not think there is enough people logging on as frequently as you JJJ (lol) and a user group usually has a chat system, and most kids and teens alike are not allowed to use a chat, forums are ok, because there is a history and 'everyone' is open to it.

just my two cents worth.

Mabey make a speacial forum called clans and make it section wise. In each section people talk about things. Mabey you could change the general forum for this. Metsrock would love to start an adult swiw club, I think. Me and clubs, not so much. The hockey one seems like a good idea.

To join the club you have to ask the owner or Alexp. It gives some power of mods to people who want to start a club. I think to start one though, we have to notify Choco, Alex, or March.

lol, just clarifying, right, havacoman?

If this idea does go through, clans doesnt seem like a proper word for it, more like User Groups.

I've thought about this, and I tend to side with solostrike. Right now we don't have a giant base of active users to make this very useful.

One feature on the list to implement is Multiple Authors per Game. We'll see how that goes, and if that becomes succesful and we see same groups of ppl making games, perhaps we can revisit it then. But, that'll be a little while off.
