Dropping Items/Back A Chapter

Hey, shouldn't it be possible for the player if they drop them to retrieve the items later?  Think of safty deposit box.  Drop an item on the page and able to get it later.

Also, if you can go back a page wouldn't it be nice to go back a chapter?  Just this would help me out a ton.  I am putting these two together to save forum space.  I could make a book of stats in any game.  Also, moving from one area to another and then back.  When you go back a chapter you go back to the page where you switched chapters.  This would be the most helpful thing I would like to have.  Better games can be made with this.

The first has definitely been discussed before. I think a "down the line" thing we're going to do is make the "Drop Effect" be user definable, with one of three options:
- item returns to page found (current operation)
- item disapears forever
- item stays on page dropped

For #2, it currently works that way. If it doesn't, please make a small test game that I can see the problem in, and report it as a bug.

Instead of just clicking Go Back there would actually be a link that says go back a chapter.

Ah, I understand. The "GO BACK" button is a complete different concept than "PREVIOUS PAGE".

The "GO BACK" is a means for the player to "cheat" by just flipping back to the previous page. It is the same thing as clicking the right mouse button on the page and selecting "Back". Or doing Alt-LeftArrow.

Also remember that players have no knowledge of chatpers.

I complain the wording of "cheat", it should be "Explore".

Polls-Squad.

Yes, but you could use it in situations such as a book.  There would be a page called Close the Book that would "Go Back A Page"
