New Duel Idea

Hey, you know those pick a card, any card.  Is it a Ace of Spades? games?

What if that is one of the duels?  You see, there are 5 cards and the challenger knows what they are.  When the duel is first recieved the second player picks one of those 5 cards.  Then the duel goes back to player one where player 1 quesses which card player 2 picked.  If he is right he wins 4 times the amount of points wagered.  If not, player 2 gets the wagered points.  The maximum points you can wager is 5.

You see, the odds are for the second player but there is more of a payment if the challenger wins.

There are 5 cards.  Lets call them 1,2,3,4, and 5.

Player 1 sends the duel to Player 2 knowing what the cards are.

Player 2 picks a card.  Any card.  Let's say 3.

The duel goes back to player 1.

If player 1 chooses 3 he wins 4 times the amount of points he wagered.  If not player 2 wins the amount of wagered points.

The maximum for a wager is 5 points.

More duels = More happiness.  If nobody can think of any I quess there won't be anymore other than this one and the other two.

I am showing a new element into duels with this idea!  Different odds and wager points.

I do like the idea of Odds different than 50/50.

I'm not too sure about changing the paradigm of duels from being a two-step process to a more-than-two step process. I like the idea of accepting and finishing the duel in one sitting.

Well, more people would play it.  The odds would be more equal if there was a X5 payback if player one won (1/5 chance of winning).  The odds would be 20/80 but the payback would be better for the challenger.

If it was more than two steps you would get people to stay here longer.
