When a post has lots of formatting or images then it could become useful, especially with the RTE.

It wouldn't be bad. I don't know how easy that would be to implement.

I'd imagine pretty easy - same as preview storygame code but different forms/data submission. In fact, it'd actually be easier because all you'd do is take whatever is written already in the post and just interpret it and display it to the user.

I'm for a preview posts button.

I think every forum should have a way for a person to preview their posts.

I'd love that feature! If anyone saw my post in the Draw attention topic before I had the chanse to edit yesterday, they would see a monster with 5 heads and tentacles. All because I had no idea that putting a link in a post would make everything a mess.

Agreed, if it's not too difficult to implement. Doing html on my phone is a pain in the ass and I'm always forgetting paragraph breaks and the like. It's really easy to screw up other people's posts too if you forget to close the quotation marks in it.

And if you do make a mistake there's always that need to scramble and fix it before someone edit locks.
