This feature was rejected 2/6/2006: Should something that ever needs a vote come up, I will add a simple vote page. But, right now we haven't given anything up for vote.

Yup. A voting booth. So that we could have member funded elections. They would be silent, or course, meaning no one would know who voted for what, but it would concern adding new feature, changing catergories, and such. Anything we wanted the popular deman with!
