I think there should be a list of at least the most important topics for new members that appears on the home page.

Here's what I mean: On the Home page, along with the Featured Stories and stuff, there should be a few links to articles of topics like Forum etiquette, story making, etc. Just so we can eliminate at least 25% or something of those annoying little 12-year-olds that flood the site now and then.

This could also be on a page after the sign up page.
