This feature was rejected 8/12/2012: Not so easy to do, and not a huge benefit for the work needed.

Just an idea. I think we should implement a feature that would provide detailed length of a game. Like displaying number of pages, number of links, words count, etc. It would help the people who want to play more of a story (death song) , more of a game (mattias) or something in between (Order of the Midnight Sun).

Yes, this would be helpful and will help in getting approx length of random storygame.
This can also be implemented for unpublished storygames.
