I've been seeing alot of people doing inventories and having pictures of stuff. Could someone tell me how? (I just joined the site so i have alot of questions)

Menu by the top of the editor? I looked for it but i couldn't find it anywhere! Is it in a storygame or somewhere else?
You have to convert it to an advance game first. Go to > Game Options.
Scroll down to Convert to Advance Game. Click > Click here
Now, you will see an item link at the top of the menu.
