Nobody thought you drew that. You can't get sued for using a picture they put on the internet. Unless you have to buy something to get to the picture it is not illeagle to use the picture unless they say so.

My cosin had a very old one 5 years ago.  Think very old from 5 years ago.  That is like a 1975 model.
