Sooo I just unlocked two new RPS choices... but what the heck do they do? 

Specifically Fire and Air. So is there a way to see what they do, or...?

These choices are basically different variations of rock, paper, and scissors. Just like the original three these new options can beat and be beaten by other options.

The only way to view your options is by actually using them in a duel.

Perhaps a complete chart explaining which choices can beat others would help.

We need to upgrade to RPS-101 IMHO. Not enough choices anymore.

How do you get the extra choices anyway?

You need to read, bud. Every 50 points you unlock another two. Read the rules to get to know more, it helps.

RPS-101 is great. Satan is my favorite.
