Dear all,

I've been thinking, I just recently wrote up a guide on exploring the dark web. I've been thinking of posting it on there. I believe I know how to do it if I were, but do you all think it'd be a cool idea?

Probably not to many dark web guides out there on the plattform, so I'm there to create one. Thoughts? The purpose of this guide would be to encourage that people take a look on the dark web. I've done some browsing on there meself, and have found it more than a little fascenating.

I've seen it too, "fascinating" isn't really the word I'd use. But if people want to explore that kind of thing, more power to them I guess. I don't think this site is what you're looking for as far as a platform though. This is a writing site.

EDIT: Ah, reading this a second time I see you were thinking about posting it on the dark web itself. I don't see why not I suppose.

Again, I've been there. There's a lot of other stuff too, but most of what I saw did advertise or revolve around porn. And you think far too highly of me if you assume I spend time actually watching the news. I'm far too lazy for that.

people who idolize the dark web / think it's some den of ultrahackers and "red rooms" are absolute retards. it's a drug delivery vehicle and also a good way to prevent your data from being stolen over public wifi but that's about it

Speaking of the Deep Web, anyone ever play that indy video game called "Welcome to the Game?"

It basically takes all the sensationalized bad shit about the Dark Web and tries to make it into an survival horror-puzzle game. (You're trying to find a Red Room) The style of it, isn't something that I'd want to play it myself (Too much time tracking and puzzle shit) but the longplay I saw was sort of cool.

Also came out with a sequel imaginatively called "Welcome to the Game 2" which has even more stuff in it. (More creepy links, hacking tools, serial killers, etc) Again though, just watched the longplay of it.
