A very simple idea that could attract new users.  OK look at this.

There could be a small box on the profile, with 6 shaded out trophies.  If at any time any trophygiver (admin or mod) sees them doing anything cool, then they would give them the trophy that corresponds to the mod.  So in other words, If Alex sees Leon doing something awesome then he clicks on the jjj trophy on Leons page and it will become visible.  Thus a user could know they are top notch by receiving all the trophy's.  The box with them wotn show up on Admin/Moderator pages. Trophy's look like:

Alex's - A key (from locked out)
Chocobot - A gun, a Cysid? I dunno too many options.
March - A report Card With straight A's (From finals week)
Fleshy - I dunno, maybe like a gangster?
Solo - The cryptode (from the cryptode, duh)
JJJ - A sword (from Mattias the one knight)

Another Question. Would this seem like it's playing favorites? I kind of like the idea of havig a goal on the site to "do something" to get the special Trophy. The chocobot trophy would indeed be the rarest.  But no matter, what would it take for joe_member to get a trophy from everyone?

OK i'll do it -- but i need you to help me find small little images that i can use. I am awful at drawing. Maybe you can get ideas from the fonts Webdings and Wingdings. That's where i got some of the images actually on the trophies now.

We can wait for chocobot -- he's due out in December, and could probably get to this sometime in February ;-)

But to get it sooner, I need small sillouette images or somethign I can easily trace over. The simpler the drawing/illustration the better -- they need to work with the color removed.

My name isn't up there at all.  It could be seven trophies because 7 is lucky.
