I'm planning on writing a highly erotic game, and I'm just wondering if what's allowed and what's not; how intense it can get, how descriptive, what...people are allowed to do with themselves, other people...other things, perhaps...

Long answer: the internet is a bottomless well of depravity where you give an inch and they take a diaper wearing mind controlling rape tentacle a mile long, so we do not want to attract degenerates and people into weird fetishes nor encourage them to hang around.
Sexual content up to a level of explicitness that it would be an R rating or so is fine as long as it's part of a real plot where that's not the focus. But if you want to write porn, another CYOA site exists just for that. (And you should feel free to advertise that kind of game at intfiction.org instead of here.)
