Wow, that's creative! Looks like DZD3 has really been updated. since i last checked it out.
It's fairly easy to do, but the problem is that you have to do it on *EVERY* page right now. You may want to consider waiting until the "HeadeR" and "Footer" come out. Anyway, heres how you'd do it:

I've used a TABLE (Also called GRID, check out the article on how to make/use them) so that the things line up OK.
