I think the second comma could be a period, and there's practically no context. There's no idea of what we were doing before, what got this into this situation, or why we're attacking someone who seems to be an ally. There's also no explanation of what Burning Hands or death saves are, and I know what those are but there are people who won't.
That's also not exactly how D&D works, if you're doing it from a player and not character perspective what are the turns? How much damage did the nobleman take (it going through the head likely means he rolled a critical)? What's the DM's style, there's flexibility in D&D and with different DMs there are things that can change. There's also massive differences from what edition you're playing with, and how recent a version you're using.
And also there's house rules. Things the DM has decided, with or without the group, to apply or remove from the rules. To change, or edit.
