Hey, I'm nitrogalaxy, I like writing stories, and I would like it if someone gave me some tips!

Tips? Well, start small. And if you write an epic then don't separate a scene in billions of pages. I know one guy named Jeff who was writing a story Negative and he made the first section of his first mission(out of 20) about 50 pages long for the sake of non linearty and he ended up ditching it. Sometimes too many choices aren't that good. It is bad actually. And work on one story at a time if you want to make something great. Always use advance editor, it is hundred times better than basic.

Don't start writing without an outline of your story, you would regret it if you don't (it is my personal experience.)

Welcome and good luck. I would just echo some of Endrews comments

Don't start too big: I just re-released my first story, it was supposed to be a very small demo just to work out the system but turned into a much longer one with several entirely different paths. This meant it took me months to get it edited and workable instead of days, so start small until you know the system.

If your going to use the advanced editor read up on it first!

Space the writing out and careful of bad links. if each page is only 1 sentence it will annoy everyone, also if it is 6 pages of text leading to 1 link it will annoy people (instant death links also = bad)
