  I noticed the link under a couple of usernames in the forums, not sure what they mean though.

You mean the one under the top of every post.  It means that if there's a post, it'll send a message to your e-mail every time.  I'd personally like this changed to announcements...

Yeah, it gets annoying if you forget to uncheck the box at the bottom. Maybe it should start off unchecked and you check it if you want to be emailed.

go under Account settings within the MyStuff and you can change it so that you do not receive emails for eveyr post...

I unchecked it. Does that mean when I leave the

checked, that it won't email me?

Then what's the point of unchecking that box in the Account settings if you have to keep on unclicking one after everything you post?
