I downloaded picturepaste, but its unclear as to how the hell I'm ever going to get it to be my profile picture. If you want to see it, it's here:

Pretty easily. Put it in paint, save it as a gif, and then upload it onto your account, and then use it as your avatar.

Argh! I still can't upload it, it says the file size is too big. (Which it is, damn these huge-ass file sizes for scanners...)
Just minimize the picture in paint, and resale it until the picture becomes small enough.
