This would otherwise be a trivial update... but, I've upgraded the rich text editor we're using (CKEditor) from v3 to v4. This new version is a lot less buggy, esp on newer browers, so hopefully it will help.
Note that I've done very little testing on this new editor. So, hopefully it's a change for the better.
Two other things...
- I also fixed the "Cysid" vs "cysid" duel problem, as it was trivial.
- Patched the config problem that was causing massive page load tiems
