Nope, I've heard of "Real Ultimate Power" but never of the Official Ninja Book part. It sounds like it could be good, but then again it could just be a person who thinks "ninjas are random lol". As you can see, they misuse the word random and then laugh at themselves with a horrible acronym. I know that was an example, but I really do hope it is a better book than I think it probably is.
