The long and cold journey was far from over. The winter track was covered in layers of snow, and the camel "pack" (don't know correct term xD) was getting tired. Little AYT straggled not far behind, and proud Steve lead in the front. End kept muttering crazy things about something being Eternal or Necro, whatever that meant. Bucky kept eyeing Mizal, and muttering, "can't find any good camel bosom these days".
Unfortunately, they were running low on food. They kept wandering, and Steve didn't know how long. He peered off into the distance, and couldn't see anything on the winter mountain path. Sighing, he decided the "pack" had enough for today....or whatever time it was. Steve called out to the group and they started off to find spots and seats. Steve had to hold it in. He was becoming unsure, but he couldn't let his group know. He had led them this far from the attacked caravan....he had to lead them to a destination.
The group was settled fast. The young camels, Chris, Wiggle, AYT, Zag, and a few others were sheltered by the stronger camels, such as Aman and Mother Briar. A large group of the mature camels lay close to keep warm, with Malk watching. The old, old camels, such as Seth and Berka lay in the farther corner, right next to the leader - Steve. Little did they know, their troubles were far from over.
A scurrying sound broke through the deep snow. Tim woke up and looked for the maker of the sound. A small, fuzzy little creature creeped out.
"Huh?" Tim shook his head in confusion.
The little monster hissed, and showed claws. A Warrior Cat! How had he not realized it! Tim sounded for help, but then the entire Warrior Clan jumped out in ambush.
"Protect the young!" Steve shouted.
The camels tried to fend off the sudden attack, and most of it was a blur. SMASH! A warrior kitten was smashed under a hoof. BLAM! A cat was launched off the mountain side by a well placed spit shot. Warrior Cats raided the weak, and small camel Wiggle was taken off.
"No!" Shouted AYT, her sister. Just then, a group of cats threw harpoons, and pinned her down. "Help!"
Steve warily looked for the call of distress through the newly streaming snowfall and bloodshed. He rushed through the group and his pal Bucky helped him to break the harpoons. They freed AYT, and got the children to a safe area.
The rest of the night was a blur. Dead cat here, injured camel there, it truly was a horrific moment. Eventually the last of the suckers was killed off, and Steve looked at his bloody and wary camp. They must keep on. He promises.
(It was an accident, you farkers. Luckily I copy + pasted it.)
