Just taken a look back on some of my earlier forum threads and realized that it was 7 months ago that I finished chapter 8... That's actually kind of scary. Granted my laptop died and I had to save up to buy a new one and all, but still, 7 bloody months? I wrote the first draft of Innocence Lost in two weeks and now it's taken me more than 7 months to write one bloody chapter, and it STILL isn't finished? Shame on me! Lots of shame.

That said, chapter 9 is nearly finished (though judging by me, it'll probably take a year or two before I get it done.) And then I've only got the epilogue left to do... And a quick re-write... And proof-reading... And bug checking... And possibly art work... Fuck it, can I just give up now? 

Nooo, onward! Onward for the glory of CYS! xD

Why am I picturing a street full of screaming men wearing Japanese schoolgirl uniforms? I just... I don't know, that's the first place my mind went and now that's forever how I'll picture POF fanboys... But you never know, it could be accurate. ^_^

I think our preferred uniform is a diaper, pacifier and bib.

For Christ's sake, this reminded me I need to play the game, I did, and I loved it and got emotionally invested in all the characters! Get the sequel done! Like, right now. Like, I want it to be finished by Sunday Morning.

Hurray! I finally finished chapter 9... And it's 82 pages! And I don't mean 82 CYS pages, I mean 82 A4 pages. It's 113 CYS pages. And now I have to copy and paste them all into CYS and arrange all the stats and variables for each page, but first I have to proofread it... Remind me never to write a fight scene this complicated ever again.

So... It's taken me a month to copy and paste chapter 9 into CYS and fix all the variables... That is SO bad. On the positive side, I only need to do a nice, quick epilogue and then part 1 will be finished ^_^
