I realize that Claw had desired to make one of these CYStian records, but in my case I want to make this into a kind of guide for the newer, gullible members, as a little "welcome to the site" gift. This way, newbies can learn about the history of the site, rules of roleplaying, and storymaking in an interactive, fun way. I am considering this heavily while juggling some other tasks, so if anyone is interested, you can volunteer as a researcher (to make notes about the history of the site), coauthor (I will need a healthy amount of these), or beta-tester if we ever get around to publishing this. This may or may not be published depending on the steady flow of newbie, which is a little scarce around this time of year, but nevertheless should be completed as a functioning rule-book or perhaps a little fun adventure through time for the older, senior members of CYStia. We will include many important eras, including the Fresh World, when the site was new, the Battleground, the fight between the members and the warrior cats, the Calm, which introduced the new site guidelines, and the Peace, which is this era. 

So, anyone interested? Let me know and I'll make sure to keep score of the "yes indeed" votes and the "no way" votes. I will create a poll in the reply section.

I'm not looking to write it, but I can always give input, proofread, check for accuracy, etc.

No offense, AYT, but you're really new. Even I'm not qualified to make this. The only active members that really could do this would be Berka and Seth.

None taken. Yes, I know I'm fresh and just from the oven, but I know a lot about what happened before and while I was WCRPS. I do know enough about the treaty, although I'll need a lot of information gathered about the Fresh World.

If someone digs into the bowels of the lounge forums, I believe it was JJJ, DV13, Solo, or October (One of the old members that isn’t that active anymore) that created a short history of CYS many years ago.

It’s not a complete history, but it fills in some of the early years.

Long ago, Lady Mizal fought with Mistress Breezy. It was a battle of epic proportions, many sides were taken. Until He came along. Brennon, a new member came to Breezy's aid. She was currently fleeing the battle with her followers when the Dark One came along. After a fierce battle of General Steve and Private Jar versus Brennon, Mistress Breezy came back. She was furious at this demented one defending her name. She left the site for a while, to regroup. Later, many battles were taken. Many jars were shoved up asses. It was epic. The Dark One was killed by the great Elder Mods and with the help of Sentinel Penguin and Grabd Master End. But he kept coming back. He was killed four times, but with no luck. He just wouldn't leave. The monster, still without any followers or friends, stalks the site to this very day while the poor inhabitants pray for his leaving.
