Just a writer looking to spill the fictional worlds and people in my head out to you. I am mostly interested in the horror genre, but I may venture out of my comfort zone eventually. Perhaps for an intriguing writing contest prompt? Who knows?

I will also make sure to read and comment on all the stories I can, new and old. I know that reading frequently makes me a much better author, so if you need someone to proofread your storygame(s), I'm happy to do it.

Currently Working On:

-Dead Signal (Horror/Zombie Survival)

If you've read/rated any of my stories, thank you! Let me know your thoughts.

i have tried digital drawing time and time again, but i just can not get it down for some reason. and trying to use any sort of colored art tool for physical art is treacherous for me as well. so, my drawing and characters all live in black and white. all of this to say, i love the color scheme here, and i envy your digital art skills. (also, the story game i am currently working on is not yet published and won't be for a while. but if you are bored one day and interested in drawing some art of any of my characters, i would love to have you read what is done so far. your style is very cute. the story game is horror and about zombies, though, so i understand if you aren't into that.)

what do you prefer, as a reader? on 12/10/2025 9:05:29 PM
there is lots of combat in the story game im writing. i have the option to let the player collect and use weapons for combat in two ways: using the items feature or using variables. so you can see the items you have at all times if i used items, but it might be annoying at the bottom of every page even when not applicable. and using variables, you might not remember what items you have until told but the pages will be much cleaner. im curious what you would prefer as a reader? --- using items: all the items you collect would appear at the bottom of each page with an attached image and can be applied when prompted in attack scenarios. you'll be able to see non-attack items like medicine as well. using variables: the items you collect will be tracked using variables and invisible to you. instead of a note at the bottom of the screen reminding you to use an item to proceed in attack scenarios, you will have choices for the next step depending on how many items you have and will be redirected to a "you lost" page if you don't have any appropriate items. (ex. choice a: use your knife choice b: use your gun OR (if you have no items to use) one choice leading to the "you lost" page) ps: sry if i explained this poorly, idk how to explain what you'll see but iykyk

Sorting Mechanism for Existing Pages? on 7/25/2025 4:14:43 PM
I'm writing my first story rn and I wish there was some sort of way to reorder the existing pages. I use pages to outline the branching before writing. There have been a few times that I've wanted to add a new page or choice in the middle of a chapter and had to delete the whole chapter and all its pages to do it. There could be a drag handle mechanism on the side next to the preview and delete buttons for each page to reorder them. If I'm missing a feature that already exists and would allow me to do this, let me know.

thanks so much. I'll def have to go back and edit when it comes to the POV. i appreciate the suggestion, too. I'll have to look into that and consider where it could fit best. i have lots of plan for the story so im not sure how long it'll take me to finish. its really motivating to hear that youre looking forward to reading it in its finsihed form! thanks for adding that.

thanks for pointing that out! let me know if you see it anywhere else. I'd love to hear what you think about the story itself and the choices too when you've read some more. edit: those code issues should be fixed! thanks again for pointing it out. you've definitely been a great help so far.

im in the same position! I've checked out some stories anonymously over the years and decided to start developing a story myself recently! I'll look forward to any story you have to tell! :)

thanks for all the feedback, I really appreciate it! I'm going to keep working on it. Those smaller decisions at the beginning do play a pretty big role in avoiding/unlocking some of the endings later in the story but I can see where you're coming from. I'll keep that I'm mind going forward. thanks again!
