You play Ilan, a rising soccer superstar from London, England. You've finally broken into the eyes of many scouts from top locations and they have gaze focused directly on you. Your boy-hood fans don't want you to leave but the glamour of a top club is hard to resist, where will you end up?

I'm a football fan, and seeing the opportunity to sign on for Chelsea or Arsenal FC really got me excited for this game. Wouldn't it be incredible if I actually got to play the storygame as a character on these teams, slowly working my way up from reserves to regulars, then maybe even playing through a tournament? I really wanted to see an awesomely executed real-life sports storygames, if only for the wish fulfillment of leading Arsenal to the championship.

Except, the moment I signed onto a team, BAM, game over. This wasn't a storygame - this wasn't even a story. It's too short to be anything more than a demo to a game I would really love to play. There was really only one decision throughout the entire thing, and that was deciding which team to choose. For those who don't really follow the game, even the team names mean nothing, so the decision would appear completely arbitrary.

Granted, you used pictures and items very well, but all in all, due to this story's length, I can't justify rating it any higher than a 2.

I recommend taking it down, adding more to it, and then republishing when you've really got something worth playing.

What? ... Just... What?

Okay, let's start with what's good about this game... You used some pretty pictures. Well done.

Now for the bad. First of all, "A rising soccer superstar from London, England." No. No, no, no, no, no. It's called FOOTBALL. The guy's from England, nobody in England calls it soccer. American football is NOT football! (If anything, it should be called Pummel ball.)

Now that my little rant is over... Why in the world would you make a game about a football player... And not have him actually play any football? In all honesty, I don't think there's anything I find more mind-numbingly boring than football, but... That kind of seems like it should be the point of the game. Never thought I'd be disappointed in a lack of football, but yeah... A football game with no football in it is kind of a disappointment. :p

5/8 It was actually a great and decent story. But, here's the but, I feel that it is too short. You could have stretched this story to make it more interesting by making it about the whole Football career. It would be better that way.

Well it was decently written, I just didn't really see the point. There's no real right or wrong decision, you just pick a team and that's it. On the plus side, I'm sure you can do better ^_^
