Actually, this vid has multiple things new in Halo 3.

That blue thing is the man cannon (or Homo-sapien Propulsifier *RvB*), the vehicle is the new Mongoose (Human recon APC bike), the laser thing is the Spartan Laser (DEADLY!!!), and yes, you can walk around with Turrets. And VIP is a new Oddball mode.

Okay, not entirely a video question, but this was the poll on gamefaqs recently--

how do you pronounce "pwn"?

So far, opinion seems to be mostly toward "own" with a "p" in front of it, as in "pwny" sounds like "pony", but there's a vocal minority for "pawn" like the chess piece.
