Player Comments on Mario quiz quest : 100 stars to glory

My dude these were far, far too many questions to click through, and I have no idea how many I even got right. (Probably very few as I started rapidly, blindly clicking about ten questions in.)

I didn't see any sign the answers chosen were being tracked in any way, although looking at the scores it appears they must have been. But again, zero feedback on any of it.

Is the losing 'lol the quiz didn't matter' ending mandatory? More effort was put into this than in a lot of quizes I've seen here to be sure, but I feel like asking maybe, 25 questions with more responsiveness and endings and things actually happening would have improved this quite a bit. More proofreading was needed as well. You were very fast and loose with the whole concept of capitalizing names, mixing up their and there, etc.

I stopped caring after question 6. If the questions had been less terrible maybe I would have lasted till question 20.

Straight up, I like Mario. These questions were not interesting facts about the history of Mario or characters, but very specific and pointless information seemingly picked at random to fulfill the one hundred question quota.

I Liked the idea here, but the execution was just so god awful. Questions should have focused on how characters were introduced, changed, etc etc. Not what color was some random part of some level after some other level.

There are 72 levels and 96 exits in Super Mario World, not 100 and not 78.

What the actual fuck. This was EXTREMELY LONG, and boy did I lose my attention. I think that you should make this shorter, (DEFO..) and yeah. I noticed some spelling mistakes, and so I think that you should download Grammarly to help you out.

I went through 100 questions only for you to give me a bad ending which is unavoidable? Really?
Maybe that's based on how well you did, but man. At least give the reader something back.

I think this was pretty good trivia game. I did notice two pages where you forgot to change the link text on question 36 and question 40. But with so many questions, it was probably easy to miss. You might also consider actually having a score page, too. Overall, great trivia game. It was challenging even for a nerd like me. :)

It was certainly good and I liked the interludes that you added. There were three bugged pages (40, 60 come to mind) but overall it was very good. I would recommend saving your progress when playing this!

Wow, a quiz with some actual effort. I liked the little 'story' breaks and personally didn't think that too much was necessary, although some of the questions were outlandishly obscure. (How many memory blocks?)

That was a very long quiz, but the questions were certainly very obscure. I had thought the questions would cover a wider range of Mario games; almost all of the games that were asked questions of in this quiz were newer ones that I haven't ever played. I don't know how anyone is supposed to remember the number of blocks of memory a game takes anyway. There was a lot of random guessing involved in this for me, and there were a few pages where no answers (only two of three links saying "Question 'x'") or only one answer. But I can appreciate the amoung of effort put into this.

That was a very long quiz, but too long for me. I got a bit bored toward the end..so many questions and I haven't played a lot of mario games either, so it doesn't interest you. However, that was still quite good..lots of effort put forth. Nice.

Not bad. Looks like a lot of work went into this, and some of the questions were interesting, but I think you would have to be actually playing the games at the same time you were reading this quiz to be able to answer some of those questions...

A long quiz, obviously a lot of thought put into it. I thought it was boring and obscure; that's only because I haven't played mario in about 15 years. Nevertheless, I rated it on effort and the questions. I would have given it higher if there was some feedback to the quiz.
