If you are unaware of the process, each birthday point gift was 15 points to start with - this was reduced to 1 point per birthday. Over the 75,000-ish accounts, this added up to over 7 million points in undeserved, now incinerated, welfare.
This represents the first step in a new economy for CYS, which is currently in development. Further taxation is likely to occur.
