This is something that's been frustrating me greatly ever since JJJ last updated the editor. It would be great if @Killa_Robot would fix whatever the heck is causing it.
You create a new page from the default Chapters & Pages page, get taken there to do whatever edits, then save and close or move on to create more pages from that one, whatever. But from then on, every time you refresh Chapters & Pages, it will create a blank copy of that page with the same title and send you there. This will just continue happening until you click away somewhere and return. There's nothing in the URL that indicates anything unusual is going on. It's annoying af.
