This bug was closed 4/23/2007: While I will admit that Counter is a god-awful travesty of a game, it is, in fact, still a game that follows the rules, and you are able to win it, so I won't be removing it as of this time.

I'd just like to say that Counter is

1: a complete rip off of 23

2: incredibly buggy

3: biased towards the A.I. (The A.I has a lot more choice.)
