It's pretty cartoony, which is fine if it's being played for laughs, but creepiness tends to come from either very simplified figures or very realistic ones, not somewhere in between. The last one is probably the best in that regard.

If we're critiquing the actual artwork, then yeah, I would agree.

I like the middle one the best for some reason.

Perhaps it is because of the reference to someone by the name of "EndMaster"?
