I was thinking, since we can't IP ban, is it possible to have a message be sent to an admin if a profile is made on the same IP as a known troll, so he/she can be monitored as needed. Not only that, but it may help with suspicion towards new users, as a mod and/or admin can say whether a given user is a known troll or not.

I think the best we can/should do right now is not reply to spam threads, or even any thread made by a troll. Then PM an active mod/admin. They (the trolls) will get bored, eventually.

Just noting this since I don't think Alexp will even bother with something like this if he isn't considering IP banning haha.
