Ok. This is going to be almost self-explanatory. Every minute (60 Sec.) if a person leaves the forums on it will refresh. When you are posting this dosen't happen and you have to make it so the page won't refresh completely. A person needs to be able to look at all of the titles.

If you have any questions ask me. This is for anyone to comment on.

This is more troublesome than it's worth. Hypothetically speaking, what happens if you're reading a list of threads? Boom, it get's refreshed. I have this on anothrer site, and users hate it.

I don't mean the posts. How about the Forums main page then? That is where I wait most of the time.
