We should have a way to give points to other people ourselves if the person thinks they did something of extraordinary effort.  Here are a few rules for it:

You can only give 10 points a day.
You can only give 100 points a month.
You can only give to the same person twice a month.
You can't give more than 5% of your points in a week.

Why the rules?  Oh and the polls penalty is unjust and stupid.

So that people don't make new acounts just for the sake of getting more points.  Oh and the sake of not being able to give away 150 points.

Another Rule:

You can't give any pooints without being here for a month.

I like the last one, But I'm giving out all of my points, because I may be quitting.  Free speach is important.  Its all going to you, and if you quit, then you are bound to give it to Canucks.

Why Wayne?  The rules also stop people from making nest eggs for one month from now.  Here would be another one:

You can only recieve a total of 50 points in a given month.

Dude, if people wanna give there points away let them.  The only rule should be the month ruel.  Period...  Wayne lives next to me, He's a VERY good friend.

Sooner or later these points will be used to buy things.  Then it will be important to have the following rules.

nah, dude, alex can trace IP's.  In real life, no one stops you from giving money.

Mabey an IP scan each month.  Any doubles would be looked at for scams and things will be more secur.  Possibly a PM to each acount asking for a good reason for each one.

Sounds good, that way I wont have to start 150 duels to give away my points.

Mr Brown (history teacher) made two fake taxes (he said they were real at first) in this order:

1.Monday - Declares Stamp Act.  You have to have one stamp on each paper you turn in.  Some people got 2 and others 10.  There were 5 assignments that week.

2.Tuesday - I make a petiton.  Get 77 signitures.

3. Wensday - Doubles Tax

4.Thursday - Get's rid of tax act.  Adds Ink Act.  You have to have a red pen with a white base to right with.

5.Friday - Wacky Day.  Nothing is normal.  Not even his class.

6.Monday - Repeals the Act

7.Today - Says the taxes were a hoax.  He would get fired for realing doing them.

Just DUEL to give away your points. You can do a RPS duel and tell your oponent what you picked.

Be careful of "cheating" the system. That's not fair to others, and therefore is not allowed. Cheating would be creating a dummy account and transfering points, or having your friends creat accounts and transfering their points (assuming they never plan to use the site).

But, then I have to do 150 duels.  Thats retarted.

Why would you want to give 1500 points? *That's* retarded!

Duels take to long to start and then to accept and then win and then the other person gets a reply and so on and so on.  Giving away points would be better than not being able to.
