When banning a MAG/CYS member, I think there should be a jury or at least a judge.

But first, does that already exist? Like, maybe a jury of Admins and Mods? If it is of Admins and Mods, maybe it could be expanded to multiple member selected.

only a small handful of people have been banned. and they were banned by alexp. he is responsible for that.

exactly. only alex has banning powers. anyone here who says otherwise is lying. (barring chocobot and march). they can choose to ban too im sure. but alex is the main guy. no "mods" have banning powers.

All admins have banning power.  I actually asked Alexp to make it possible with a click of a button - I can do that to any of you (and actually almost accidently banned JJJ, then told alexp to put in a "are you sure" box after i hit the button lol.)  In the past, we'd discuss it as a team to ban somebody but for today if you think somebody needs to be banned, you should bring it to me.  Alexp is focused on other things.

Oh, okay. I thought Mods and such could ban, therefore making me question the freedoms of people with banning power. But since only alexp can ban, I can rest easy, ha ha. I hope...

it's not just alexp.  it's me.  Think of it as "it's just march" for now.

... Is that supposed to be treason against the almighty alexp? Ha ha, just kidding.

Once again, I thought more people than march, alexp, and whoever else can (chocobot?) could ban.
