I think that when storys get below a score of 2 they should go to a commitee of mods, and then the mods decide weather the story is important enough to keep on the site. So if it is just a crappy story written by a user that just wanted something to submit (Lol me and Repercussions of Evil)  So now the site can be weeded out of bad storys, AND save the Owner bandwidth space.

If you want a story deleted PM March and he'll do it.

OR you can use the filter so you don't ever see stories under ratings of whatever you want.
