I know this will probably never happen, but do you guys think there should be some new tags for the story games? I think one should be random, for those humor games that revolve purely around having random choices. Even though they are tagged for humor, I noticed some people getting mad in the comment based on how there is no point.

If anyone else has any other ideas for new tags, feel free to add.

There are alot of stories it would apply to, I have no objection to it. I can't think of any negatives to adding it, accept that you would hear an awfull lot of people saying, "3J this needs the random tag", because of all the stories that were written before it was added.

though i considerd spending all night, looking through story games, for only the perpouse of picking out the random ones, ive decided against it. Here is a small list though, to help out the guy who actually goes through with it.

i would do that before publishing mine, just to see where mine sits in comparison to other peoples first go. other than that i cant think of any reason to have that tag.

Wait, has anyone actually sent a list to 3J yet? I didn't see an approved or rejected thingy at the top of the page, so I'm assuming they didn't. I'm willing to make a list if I have to, but it would take a while.

No reason to check what's already been checked, right? I'll start when I get Cool and Ugi's, seeing as Zikara hasn't been on that recently.

Even with SindriV's help, I had a difficult time selecting a tag for my story. It's not completely humorous nor is it all serious, so I thought not to include either. It isn't "part of a series" yet, and not really about war - even though it has bombs in it. In a demo of my story, someone commented it had a "puzzle" so I went with that. Hope that's ok...

I couldn't find anything in the "Help and Info" articles on how to select tags so I was hoping I could get some help here. 

I would like to suggest new tags like: Action or Dramatic, or Fast-paced or Suspenseful; even Fun or Tragic. I don't know, I'm reaching here... am I grasping at straws? ... what does that mean...

Would any story yet qualify as a tragedy?

"Farewell My Childhood Self" comes to mind.

Now that I think of it, "Snow" is probably a tragedy too.

Still, it's a relatively rare type of tag. Considering how you define tragedy that is. After all, the begining of OMS could justify it as being a tragedy. Though I'd be hard pressed to consider it a tragedy story.

Maybe even "Death Song" could count as a tragedy.

Well either way, I agree it is kind of a rarity.

Desperate Heart by Corinthian counts, I bet! There's, like, no happy ending! It's awesome! One of my two contradictory loves, in fact! (Three if you count Antithesis. Good Omens fanfiction.)

Just to clarify, it's tons and tons of angst and tragedy and everybody dies that I love, not specifically Desperate Heart.

I was thinking, how many stories on this site have multiple perspectives. Because I thought that could be a tag. Multiple Perspectives.
