Every time I try to make a link to a new chapter it won't go there! What do I do?

In the new chapter, did you select the Chapter Start Page?

The default (when you use the dropdown) is the first page of the chapter. Otherwise just use $DEST for specific pages.

What's the dropdown and what's the $DEST?

Go to Add Link, and select the chapter from the drop down box. It's under the box for selecting pages.

$DEST is a link script that will take you to a specific page anywhere in the story. Like I said in your other thread, you should read some of the articles. They're under Help & Info.

I've tried that, it still doesn't work.

I saw you had the link to the toddler chapter in there, and it worked when I tested it.

I'm not sure what the issue is for you, maybe you need to refresh the page?

Maybe they dont know what they're talking about and are trying to get a page from within the chapter, not the chapter itself.
