Possibly already been said but alex, you need to implement a signature feature for posts like most forums have. Its just a textbox in the Profiles tab where you can input basic html. Signatures can be text, graphics (can be animated) etc.

I have a question.  Are signitures nessicary?  I mean, look closely at your avatar.  Isn't that like your siggy?

In several ways, a signature would be better than the avatar alone. A signature can be a pithy or humorous quote, whereas this would not be appropriate for an avatar. In addition, avatars have a set shape and size-- the little square. Graphics in a signature could be more customized in that respect. A picture that would not be good for an avatar due to size and/or shape could be used in a signature.

get rid of avatar and do signature.

Keep avatar.

There is no need to have room for multiple pictures.  Instead, lets have the picture spot (avatar) and a box for a personal slogan.
