Your IP address is...exactly that.  Whenever you're on a website, the admin can usually see it.  Every cpu has an IP, and if you want to find yours out, you can go to: whatismyip.com

If two users have the same IP, then they're either sharing a cpu or the same person, because every IP is different.  Unless you're sharing a server or something like that... But I doubt that either of those two have that kind of intelligence.

To use a joint server that is.

I have to work the crappy early shift  Monday and Tuesday, so it'll most likely be Wednesday that I send out the roles and start the new thread.  So enrollment is still open.
