As stated when i finish a game i can not rate it but i can only leave a comment?

Second, I was wondering if i can join an ongoing RP session on the forum and if so how would i go about doing that? Do I just post a character and wait to be accepted?

Pretty much, yeah. It's advised that you see to it that the RP has a place that needs filling, but other than that you can just sign up and await acceptance :D

As for story thingy, no idea. I'm tired...

Only leave a comment? That's very odd indeed. You have to rate in order to be able to comment, I'm not sure how you've been unable to rate a game but still leave a comment.

No, you don't actually. There's a button that allows you to skip rating and just give a comment.

It's a side point though, I'd just try again. How do you know it didn't work?

I clicked the number "5-and whatever the text says here" but nothing happened. I kept clicking it and waiting till i gave up.

One time though i clicked it and it seemed to work but it just left a comment without the rating :(

Sometimes you have to wait a really long time. 

I always wondered why that is - is it just connection speed or a long script? Or is it something else like a bunch of updates happening all at once? I guess it could be a combination of all of them along with security and an identification process/cookies.

What game? Cuz you got points for rating games.
