Hey bros. I'm trying to do my story a little bit at a time because i don't want to write it for 6 hours in a row, but every time i press save and exit, it creates the game. Please tell me how to save the game without creating it and i will be a happier person lol. Thanks for any responses!

You can't. But if you turn off 'allow sneak preview,' nobody but you can see it.

He thinks Save&Exit published it.

It does not publish the game.

Saving your game does not automatically publish it, though it will show up under your 'my storygames' list. Saving merely saves the state your game is in at the moment so you'll be able to work on it later on (by clicking the 'edit' button besides it). When you complete your story and you want to publish it, click the 'publish' button, somewhat in the same place as the 'edit' button, and follow the steps. :)
 

So what you're saying is that when i press save and exit, only i can read it until i publish it? And when i finally do publish it, it goes on the site and anyone can read it? Sorry, i just want to be perfectly clear because i don't want to lose 15 exp points for an unfinished story.

What he's saying is that when you save your story, you save your story, and when you publish your story you publish your story. Saving your story != publishing your story.

He's right -and- wrong. Noob is the "slang version" of newbie, but noob has other possible definitions on top of that.
