(I didn't know what thing to put this on, so I just put it on this forum group.)

I was looking around CYS and I saw that some people have backgrounds on their profiles. I read articles but I couldn't find anything about it (Maybe because I read too fast). Is it earned? Can only a certain rank get it? How do you get it?

You put it on your page yourself. There's coding, but I'm not sure about that.

I'd probably need a computer instead of a tablet of i'm gonna code stuff.

Scripting.  The only thing you get at higher ranks is new titles/trophies.
