are you supposed to do these based off like your heart or smth or is there guidelines bc i can not find any

It's really based off what the author decides. The difficulty level is exactly that, how difficult it is to win or get a good ending/epilogue. The maturity level is just what it sounds like. If you're young then you should probably pay close attention to that. There isn't anything pornographic on here, but things can definitely be inappropriate for younger people.

No one cares about difficulty, but it's more relevant for games that include item puzzles.
