They aren't programs. They are WYSIWYGs/RTEs/PTEs
WYSIWYG and PTE (PTE dosen't officially exist) are for HTML and stand for What You See Is What You Get and Plain Text Editor. Freewebs only has a PTE if you do HTML.
RTEs are Rich Text Editors. They look like this site.
Also, I advise not using freewebs for it's space capacity and limits on templates.
