What happened to the democrat/republican question?

You know the rules: no popcorn questions.

OP didn't state a position, just asked a question intended to provoke argument.

Thank you for the PSA, Sent.

I will now kindly demonstrate what a proper debate looks like by posing this question:

Which is superior, a fox or a box?

I would argue that foxes are superior, in that while boxes are strictly cubical, we foxes are an abstract shape. We are also orange. Try to find an orange box.

OMFG I'm box-kin and I'm voting for George W. Box in the upcoming presidential election - you've triggered me please remove before I flame you into oblivion thanks and don't ever talk about boxes ever again /s

I'm just going to casually leave this here.

Boxes with spray tans are so ugly - who would want to be orange? looks like a loompa-box to me. Look at how fat that box is! Probably from eating a fuckload of cake. That box looks terrible. I hope president george w box will fix the social mess we have - no one likes to see these orange boxes around. They are a disgrace to boxkin everywhere and generally ugly af.

I don't know where you were raised, but I was always told its what's on the inside that counts. So the box got a bad spray tan? So what! It has a chocolate cake!

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

Chocolate is poisonous to foxes, you...anti-fox...person.

Clearly, sir, I am a cat. And cats are anti-everything.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

Hey, NightBirdBlue already swore feline allegiance to the fox cause, back when Chris threatened to hit me with a car.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

Hm. I suppose I like foxes more than people who run over them in cars. How about we call a truce and give the cake to a fox-hunting dog?

I feel sad for whoever bought team fortress for the xbox.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

They have team fortress on the Xbox?

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

Why yes they do!

Here's a screenshot of an actual Xbox TF2 server!

Now all we're waiting on is the crickets chirping.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

No contest. Boxes are useful, for holding or organizing things. You'd have to skin a fox and sew the fur into a pouch or something to even remotely approach that level of functionality, and even then foxes are small enough you wouldn't wind up with very much space for all your trouble.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

But boxes don't eat rodents or make for cute videos when two of them get on a trampoline together or fall asleep on a Facebook employee's car hood.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

Ridiculously poor moderation. You guys are now just deleting anything where there's potential for disagreement under the guise of "no popcorn threads".

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

What if one of us was to create a thread about literal popcorn?

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

You'd better fucking hope nobody dislikes popcorn, or it gets deleted.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

I'm guessing that would be fine as long as you stated an opinion on the popcorn in the OP, and the thread wasn't just intentionally designed to start a flame war. Just like I'm sure it'd also be possible to make a thread asking opinions about trolls, or grumpy capybaras, without actually being one.

Malky, if I were that horrible of a moderator, I'd delete your whining.  Or change your posts to be about something ridiculous.  Like sandwiches.

Miz is completely correct.  That thread was gone because OP broke the rules.

In fact, I deliberately made this thread so that if ppl wanted to continue their discussion, they could.  All you have to do is state a position.

"Or change your posts to be about something ridiculous.  Like sandwiches."

Please senty, take this cookies.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

These cookies should run the country. They'd do a better job than anyone we'd otherwise be voting for. That's my position, that I'm stating.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

Why does sentinel get cookies?

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

And why do they keep responding to you as Sentinel? I find that strange...

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

IIRC there was a thread outside the lounge (I think it was WW) a couple years ago when someone called Seth "Sent" and since then Seth has often been referred to as sent, even though ISentinelPenguinI is usually Sent or Sentinel.

Basically a typo or a confused member, can't remember who it was or where the thread was. I did look into it at one point.

Lol, started thinking of sandwiches and got confused.

Since this thread isn't really going anywhere anyway, Sethaniel, I've been wanting to ask, how and why are you listed as the co author to a Warrior Cats story??

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

The important question is why he stays the co-author.

What happened to the democrat/republican question?

Sorry, didn't see this til just now.

Serious answer: that author, out of all the WC fans, actually accepted the constructive parts of all those critical comments.  She added me so I could check spelling/grammar & help with link restrictions.

Why I'm *still* coauthor: Laziness.  Also I have . . . let me check. . . 47 unpublished storygames.

Still hoping Cruz manages to steal Trump's delagates. Kinda worried though. Cruz seems to be trying yo kill off Rubio (which is fair game, Rubio tries to kill Ted in Texas) by stopping him from a chance at beating trump in Florida. Which means two things. One, Cruz doesn't want a contested convention and B) Cruz thinks he can beat Trump in blue/purple states if hes last man standing.

Not sure I buy B. A I get. Contested Comvention works for Establishment candidate, not hated by everyone candidate. But does Cruz seriously believe that he can beat Trump mano el mano? While Florida is marco's endgame, we need to see what happens March 5. Closed Cacus in the few remaining evangelical states. People have been saying that Trump does best in Open Primaries, where dems and indies can vote as well (and Dems have been under represened in their primaries, getting much less voters this year). Trump has only won one closed primary, Cruz won the other three (by close margin in Alaska tho).

Winner takes all states are gonna be tough though. Hoping trumpmentum is culled before then. Praying for the best ha ha.

Might actually consider buying the biggest gun allowed in Texas and flinging a few rounds at Trump if he gets elected and visits.

Oh yeah awesome night for Ted Cruz. Crushed it in Kentucky, looks like an easy win in Maine, wondering about everywhere else atm. Could this be the change this season has been begging for?!

trumpsupporters did you guys watch the debate in Michigan? Trump backtracked from h1b1 visas saying that we need more foreign workers. Are you sure this is the guy you want as the anti-immigrant candidate? Come on guys. Hes not even trying to hide it anymore!
