Help with Flash

I kinda need flash for my online gaming lifestyle amateur animation team webcomic browser-based furry porn nostalgic purposes. How do I get my computer to run those plugins? Internet Explorer is always my go-to for running sucky shit in obscure-but-relatively-clean corners of the 'net, but my internet is slow as it is, so I don't wanna spend 2 hours downloading a browser that isn't going to work for me. How do I "Fix" chrome? And if that's impossible, how do I run it on a computer/possibly save web pages and their programs and then run them on something locally? Kinda tired of trying to do shit on my phone's slow-as-fuck flash-centered browser.

chrome defaults to HTML5 which runs smoother and uses less bandwidth than flash. However, for things that are only flash - you would need to install a flash palyer or runtime. Adobe shockwave is most common and you can aquire it very easily and without the hassel of going through the adobe site via https://www.ninite.com/

After installation, run chrome, go to whatever flash animation you wish to view.

It should be noted that flash should technically work on chrome already, though it is fading out of use.

Whelp, the thing breaks just before it can install, and the help page says an installation failure basically means "Fucked if I know, go to Adobe's shitty website instead". So now I'm just doing everything on Firefox because it gives me the option to run flash without updating.
