Title says it all. Is there any possible combination, that doesn't result in despair and profound melancholy? 

EDIT: In the last page, Snow Maiden, is it her ghost? Or does she just leave you? IS SO SAD! 

Nope, all the results are the same. I've seen stuff that's worse than this.

I don't know what you're talking about.  All 3 endings are happy.

EDIT: I just got the second two endings. They all put me in a sad mood. :(

Sad Ending =/= Unhappy Ending

1) He decided to stop obsessing about her, and get on with his life.

2) He saw her again, acknowledged he loved her, and they both moved on.

3) They're together forever.

See? All totally happy.

1. She's dead. Now he just doesn't care as much. 

2. He acknowledges she's dead and he loves her, then they are both separated for the rest of his natural life. 

3. They're both dead. Together, but dead. 

There's no fairy-tale ending where she comes back to life if your wondering. She's dead. 

I know. But either way, it's a sad story! 

1) you mostly get this ending if she didn't love him.  (Also, if you get this one, they weren't really right for each other, it wouldn't have worked out.)

2) you only get this ending if he loved her, but wasn't prepared to die to be with her.  They don't get together when he dies, because he went on to love someone else and have a happy life with them.

3) he's okay with being dead if it means being with her. 

The funny thing is I've played through Snow a few times in the past and up until recently I wasn't even aware it had several endings. I always thought the character died in the end and just the journey was different.

Really? It was different for me.  Since I played it, I thought Snow Maiden was the only way it could end. Funny. 

Haha.  I just played it like, six times, and I cannot get Snow Maiden. 

Just do straight up love, the whole time. Take her blame, do everything nice concievable.

It's "express your love for her," but also "choose to be assertive and take charge whenever possible."

I've only read one of his books.

Don't feel too bad, Seth. Even I have trouble getting the third romance-able character in my own game. xD It's a lot to remember.
