"The ending was really a downer considering it took me 45 minutes to play through"

-- Look at Cryptodes ending buddy, plus theres no "endgame" bug for this game AND if its not an epic that barely any are.  Dude just cuz it aint over 500 pages doesnt make it un-epicish.  An epic is just a game that combine's length and quality. PLUS what the hell was the point in talking about my death scenes when i specifically said not to.  When you die YOU DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ALOT OF THE TIME! I explained this to you.  What is going through your mind...  You'd make your game, publish it and call it finished whilst you know theres an end bug and no proper ending (I dare you to post the ending in the forums just to show how horrible it is) and then rate mine a 6/8.

Also, Im sure theres going to be a post telling me to shut up, dont bother.

you can read my full arguement on the other thread,  listen, you are the one who has said  countless of times, numerous times, i think its 10th largest, mattias is 4th, i think its 10th largest. you are implying that it is huge. Now my argument to you is, YOU are the one who defined epics as having massive amounts of pages. And dont deny it because during those stages of development in cryptode and mattias, you kept saying that in your PM's, the larger it is the better, you kept saying that until havvy and nate came in and said quality was it. Now, for quality, i gave you the reasons on the flaws, dont take it personaly, WHY NOT FIX IT? and the die at random times IS a flaw, and people should realize that by reading my comment. i dont care if you like the comments or not, let others read it and judge for themselves, dont cry in the forums about.

I published my cryptode and said it was done, the bug at the end has already been announced in my profile, PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT ADVERTISING THAT ON THE GAME PAGE, it is only in my profile, which should tell you that it is likely people do not know of the bug in the game, and that can be proved by the comments i get, and guess what, i dont cry about it that i say its a bug and that should not be included in the rating. I know i have to fix it, i am conscience of that, obviously you are not, you believe that a flaw is not a flaw after you have announced. Guess what, based on your belief, your belief that you have already said it exists and you believe that ratings should not include the flaw, THEN WHY ARE YOU DOING THE SAME TO ME WITH THE BUG IN MY GAME? i have announced same as you, i have said there is a bug, why are you attacking ME for it, when you are doing exactly the same thing? the only difference is I believe it is a flaw and should be accoutned for in rating/comments.

O ya, shutup.

Did you not read what i posted? i said by "your beliefs" my flaw and your flaw is not a bug, but by my belief it is. What i am saying is you are being hippocritical as to your argument. Your saying the "random death scenes" is not a flaw, but are saying my ending scene is a flaw... but they are based on the same concept, both are flaws, both have been announced somewhere... understand? So although both are involved in the same situation, your saying your flaw is "acceptable" and mine is not. To reiterate, that is not my belief, it is yours, my belief is that they are flaws (both of 'em) and they should be accounted for.

Are you really allowed to tell people not to consider certain things when they rate your game?

I mean, it's one thing to say "if you haven't finished the game, it isn't fair to rate me badly for this particular flaw, because it would be explained once you got to the end of the game."  It's a little different to tell people "In my opinion, this is how this scene should be written, so it's not fair for you to say you don't like it."

I think JJJ is absolutely justified to say "here's something you might dislike in my game, and here's my reasoning for why it is that way,"  but it's also okay for Solo to say "I've read your reasons, and I don't agree with them."

Of course, feel free to disregard my opinion.

Secondary point-

I would call a "bug" something that is a mistake in the game, like a variable that doesn't add properly, or a link that takes you to the wrong page.  A "flaw" is more like something that's wrong in plot or style.

Disregarded however your secondary point is fairly valid.

I've noticed JJJ bases a lot of his arguments on how he has more games published, or other statistical reasons. I'm just thinking, if he ever lost those statistical highs, then he'd be stuck in a bit of crap..
